Importing Leads into MyMedLeads

Importing Leads into MyMedLeads

We can import existing leads or patients into MyMedLeads.  Usually this is done so that you can target them in a blast/specials email campaign.

  1. Send us a CSV or Excel file with at least first, last, email and phone.
    1. You can include additional columns; see attached for the ones available
    2. There can't be more than one record w/the same email
    3. The file should generally be clean - de-duped, bad or badly formatted data removed, etc.

  2. Once the file is clean and ready to import we can turn it around w/in two business days.

Imported records will have the Lead Source Email List and be in status New.  They will not be tracked in the funnel or conversion reports.
