Use View All Leads as a report

Use View All Leads as a report

If none of the reports in the View Reports drop-down menu show the data you need, try the View All Leads page.
  1. (optional) set a date range for the Lead Post (Creation) date at top right of screen.

  2. (optional) sort a column by clicking the little triangle next to the column name

  3. In blue filter bar, set one or more filters to a desired value

  4. Scroll down and click the Export button on bottom right. Your list will open in your spreadsheet program (i.e. Excel)
If you need to filter a particular field by more than one criterion (ex: Status = Consult Complete and Procedure Complete), then don't apply a filter to that field at all.  You can use the more complex filters and analytical tools in Excel.

The export version of the report has all of the columns you see on View All Leads screen, plus others:

Referral Name

Provider
