Using content from Email Templates in Communication Builder.

When you are in Preferences> Campaign Builder you can only use emails created in Preferences> Communication Builder.

If you have emails you've created in Preferences> Email Templates, you can copy their content to an email in Communication Builder.  

  1. Open the email in Preferences> Email Templates

  2. Click the HTML button on the right side of the formatting menu (Bold, Italics, etc)..  The HTML code for your email will display in a pop-up window.

  3. Select and copy all of the HTML code

  4. Cancel out of the pop-up and the email.

  5. Go to Preferences> Communication Builder and click Add Email button

  6. IMPORTANT: Choose For the traditional WYSIWYG Editor. Please Click Here at the top of the page (don't choose a template)

  7. Click the HTML button

  8. Paste the HTML code

  9. Save the email.
Make any adjustments you need to.
