what happens to leads assigned to a deleted user?

You should delete any user who no longer needs to access MyMedLeads, even if that person is still employed at your practice.

Go to Preferences> Manage Staff/Location and click Delete next to the user(s) in question. MML will prompt you at that point to reassign that user’s leads to a live user. The lead itself will not be affected any other way; all its History will be preserved.

If you accidentally delete a user, MyMedLeads can restore it.   Click Support and Submit a Ticket.
