Two-way texting dashboard
MyMedLeads recently launched a Text Dashboard to help you track in one place all of your two-way text conversations with your leads. The link to the new dashboard is on the Home page to the right of the Funnel.
The Text Messaging Dashboard lets you:
- Click a lead's name on the dashboard to see all text conversations and send a New Message from there.
- Filter the list by MyMedLeads user.
- Filter the list by Consented, No Consent and Unread.
Other ways to keep track of two-way texts:
- Open a lead and scroll down to the View the Text Conversation tab.
- Go to Preferences> Edit Staff Preferences to set up an immediate email notification when someone responds to a text you sent.
