Two-way texting dashboard

MyMedLeads recently launched a Text Dashboard to help you track in one place all of your two-way text conversations with your leads.  The link to the new dashboard is on the Home page to the right of the Funnel.



The Text Messaging Dashboard lets you:
  1. Click a lead's name on the dashboard to see all text conversations and send a New Message from there.
  2. Filter the list by MyMedLeads user.
  3. Filter the list by Consented, No Consent and Unread.




Other ways to keep track of two-way texts:
  1. Open a lead and scroll down to the View the Text Conversation tab.
  2. Go to Preferences> Edit Staff Preferences to set up an immediate email notification when someone responds to a text you sent.
