having trouble logging in to MyMedLeads support?

having trouble logging in to MyMedLeads support?

When you click Support from the MyMedLeads menu, you don't have to log in to report an issue or ask a question. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Contact Support button.

You do have an account on the Support Desk, set up when you joined MyMedLeads or when you logged your first ticket. Logging in to support gives you the additional ability to see all of the tickets created by you and your team, review past how-tos and replies from MyMedLeads Support and add comments of your own.

Your Support Desk user name is your email address, just like your MyMedLeads username, but you are logging into a different 3rd party account.

To reset your Support Desk password, log in to MyMedLeads and click Support.
- Click Sign In (top right of screen).
- Instead of trying to log in, click the Forgot Password? link on the right side of the page.
- We recommend that you use the same password as you do for your MyMedLeads login.
