View All Leads

Default View

By default, the View All Leads page will show you all Leads that have been generated automatically from your various external marketing channels (Lead Sources), including any you entered manually.

Search Options

At the top-right hand of the screen are two search fields:
  • Date allows you to pick a defined range like "Last Week" or "Last 12 months," or you can click Select Dates to create a custom date range.  You can also use this date range on other screens to filter reports and views.
  • Search will show you a list of possible results as you begin to type in a lead's name. If you don't see a quick result for what you have entered so far, finish typing the full name and click Go to see additional results.

Sort and Filter Options

The blue Filters bar choices allow you to filter your list of leads by Lead Source, User Name, Procedure, Status, Lead Type and/or Location.  You can set more than one filter at a time to refine your results precisely.
  • ALWAYS click the Reset link on the right to start over with new filters.
The column headings that have ^ next to their names can be sorted by clicking the column heading name.

Export option

If you want to continue fine tuning your list of leads in Excel, first set up any date range, filter and sort options you want in View All Leads and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Export button.

Existing Patients in View All Leads

if your site is integrated with your EMR / scheduling tool, any patients that were created there will not show by default in View All Leads since they didn't come from your external Lead Sources.  A message, Excluding EMR Generated Leads, displays at the top of View All Leads.
  • If you want to include the patients that came from your EMR / scheduling tool in View All Leads, go to the By Lead Type filter drop-down in the blue filters bar and choose View All.  The message at the top of the list changes to Including EMR Generated Leads.
  • To change the view back to the original default (recommended), click the Reset link on the far right of the blue filters bar.
