A link to a recorded lead call is not playing

If you are using trackable phone numbers (Preferences> Phone Number Mgmt) in MyMedLeads, you can have the live calls and voice mails to that number recorded.  You can open the lead and find a link to listen to the recording in the History section.

If you click the link to listen and receive "File Not Supported" error, this means that you don't have a default application on your computer that plays audio files.  For most Windows users, that is Windows Media Player; for Mac users it's Music (formerly iTunes).

Usually these programs come with your Windows or Mac operating system but you can download and install them if needed.
Mac: download Music from the App Store.
