Inserting an image into an MML signature

Steps for getting image content into a signature.

Find the image you want to use on your website, right-click and choose Copy Image Address. You can also ask your webmaster for the link to any image they host, even if it's not visible on your website. For best results, link to an image in the same or close-to-same size you will want in your signature.
  1. From inside the Signature field in your MML user profile, click the Insert/Edit Image button (looks like a tree).

    • On the General tab, paste the link into the Image URL field, add a title and description.
    • On the Appearance tab, make any changes to sizing and alignment.

  2. Click the Insert button

  3. Save your signature content.
To go back and edit the image size or position, select the image w/your mouse and click the Insert/Edit Image button to access the Appearance tab again.  Click the Update button.
