How do I get training for MyMedLeads?

New to MyMedLeads?

Intro video on YouTube: Get started with this introductory user training video - it covers the life cycle of a lead becoming a patient and other MyMedLeads basic functions.

Recorded user training session for your practice: If your practice has had a live User Training session in the past year, there's probably a recording of it that would have been shared with the attendees.  If your colleagues don't have the link to the recording, log in to MyMedLeads and click Support> Submit a Ticket tab to ask us.
