How to edit messages in Preferences> Email Campaigns

Need to make changes to messages in email campaigns? Here's how to do it in our legacy email campaign tool.

  1. Go to Preferences> Email Campaigns
  2. Click the "x emails" link under the campaign icon
  3. Expand the email you want to edit (you may have similar emails across your campaigns to be sure to check there too)
  4. Uncheck the Activate box
  5. Make your changes. Be sure to Save at every opportunity.
  6. Send yourself a test email and make any final edits.
  7. Check the Activate Box and Save one last time.
  8. Go back to #3 and repeat for other emails.
Note: if you are using our newer Campaign Builder tool, you'll edit your messages at Preferences> Communication Builder.
